Your order
Each purchase, upgrade, seat change and renewal is an order: what was bought, for which product and admin, the subtotal, GST and total, and whether each product is set up.
Tax invoice
Every paid order gets a GST tax invoice — emailed to you and available as Download invoice (PDF) on the order. It shows Kanishu's legal name, address and GSTIN, yours (if given), the place of supply, the SAC code, and:
- CGST 9% + SGST 9% when you're in the same state as Kanishu,
- IGST 18% when you're in another state.
If the invoice is still being prepared, the page says so — it arrives within a few minutes.
Getting the details right
Add your GSTIN and registered state under Billing details on My products before buying, so they print on the invoice. An invoice already issued isn't changed afterwards.
