Something new is coming up soon from Kanishu — stay tuned.

One suite, several products

Not a pile of disconnected tools wearing the same logo.

One account, one place to manage every product you use — and the products share records with each other, so your team re-enters far less.

One account, one company profile

You sign up once. Whether you start with IT Asset Management, Ticketing, Vendor & Contract Management, Continuous Assurance, or Sales Lead Management, your company profile is created a single time — and every additional product you add, today or a year from now, attaches to that same profile. No re-entering your company details, no re-verifying your identity, no separate account per product.

Move between products without signing in again

Once you're signed in to one product, the links between products take your team into the others your organisation uses, already signed in as themselves — no second password and nothing for your admins to configure.

Each product keeps its own roles and permissions, so someone can be an admin in one product and a viewer in another. It is switched on when a product is set up; ask Kanishu support if you want it off for a product. Signing in with your own identity provider (SAML) is a separate feature of the higher plans.

One place to manage every product you use

A single dashboard shows every product your organization is subscribed to, its status, and lets you add another from the same screen — no separate signup, no separate checkout. Adding Vendor & Contract Management to your existing ITAM and Ticketing subscription is a few clicks from the same place you already manage everything else.

Invite colleagues to your Kanishu account so they can buy and manage products too. Inside each product, its admins give people a login and a role — and People keeps one directory of your staff that every product uses.

Shared knowledge base

Support and how-to articles written in Ticketing are readable from inside the other Kanishu products too — so a self-service article about "how to request new hardware" or "how to raise a vendor issue" reaches your team wherever they're already working, instead of living in a tool half your company never opens.

Cross-linked records, not disconnected systems

  • Assets and Vendors (ITAM Business and up) — a hardware or software asset tracked in ITAM can be linked directly to the vendor record that supplies it in Vendor & Contract Management: see the relationship, contract terms, and renewal date without leaving the asset record.
  • Assets and Tickets (ITAM Business and up) — raise a Ticketing request directly from a specific asset or software license in ITAM, and see every ticket already linked to that asset without switching products.
  • Contracts and Support — escalate a vendor or contract issue straight into a Ticketing request, so procurement and IT support aren't working from two different systems of record for the same problem.

Continuous IT Assurance — watching the rest together

Continuous IT Assurance reads records from your connected Kanishu products — ITAM, Ticketing, Vendor & Contract Management, Policy and People — and keeps its own findings, check history and supporting evidence. It surfaces gaps a single product can't see on its own: a disposed data-bearing asset with no data-wipe record, a change approved by the person who requested it, a vendor contract nearing expiry, or a leaver who still holds company equipment. Endpoint, log and identity checks can also take sources from outside Kanishu. The more of the suite you use, the more Assurance can check.

One security posture, suite-wide

Multi-factor authentication that any user can turn on, role-based permissions and a full history on every record are standard in every product in the suite. Making MFA compulsory — for admins, or for everyone — comes with each product's higher plans.

Buy what you need, when you need it

Every product is available and billed independently. Start with just one, add others as your needs grow, and each product's plan and billing cycle is managed on its own terms — you're never forced into a single company-wide tier or a fixed bundle just because you use more than one product from the suite.
