Where
Open the product's page while signed in: instead of Buy, its plan cards show Current plan, Upgrade, Downgrade and Renew now. (Inside the product, My Plan links here too.)
Upgrade
Takes effect straight away. You pay only for the days left in the current period, shown before you pay.
Downgrade
Takes effect at the end of the current period — no charge until then. You can Cancel scheduled change before that date. A downgrade can't take you below what you're already using (for example more users than the smaller plan allows).
Seats (per-agent plans)
Enter the new total and Update seats.
- More seats: you pay for the days left in this period.
- Fewer seats: no refund — the unused amount is added as extra days to your subscription. You can't go below the plan's minimum or the seats in use.
Renewing
Renew now works any time, at the then-current price. Plans with a custom (negotiated) price are renewed by our team — contact us before the end date.
If a period ends unpaid, the product becomes read-only, then suspended, then its data is deleted — the dates are on My products, and renewing before deletion restores everything.
